目的:探讨保乳手术在早期乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2007年2月~2013年2月早期乳腺癌患者共120例,上述患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予保乳手术治疗,对照组给予改良根治术。分析2组患者术后随访情况和术后生存、局部复发情况等。结果:观察组局部复发率、远处转移率和生存率分别与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保乳手术在早期乳腺癌中的治疗效果与改良根治术相似,而保乳手术能够保留乳房外形,有美容效果。 Objective: To investigate the effect of breast-conserving surgery in patients with early-stage breast cancer. Methods: A total of 120 early breast cancer patients from February 2007 to February 2013 in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with conservative operation and the control group with modified radical mastectomy. The postoperative follow-up and postoperative survival and local recurrence of the two groups were analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in the local recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate and survival rate between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of breast-conserving surgery in early-stage breast cancer is similar to that of modified radical mastectomy. However, breast-conserving surgery can preserve breast appearance and have cosmetic effects.
