目的分析超声引导下经皮微波消融治疗甲状腺良性结节的效果。方法选择我院2014年3月至2016年2月收治的甲状腺良性结节患者50例(结节55个),全部患者均给予超声引导下经皮微波消融治疗,对临床疗效进行观察。结果治疗后的结节体积显著小于治疗前(P<0.05);经治疗,45例患者的甲状腺功能处于正常值范围,5例患者的甲状腺功能显著改善。结论在对甲状腺良性结节患者进行治疗时,超声引导下经皮微波消融治疗具有比较理想的临床疗效,能让患者的甲状腺生理功能得以有效保留,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation on benign thyroid nodules. Methods Fifty patients (55 nodules) with benign thyroid nodules who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 were selected. All the patients underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation to observe the clinical effect. Results The volume of nodules after treatment was significantly smaller than that before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the thyroid function of 45 patients was in the normal range, and the thyroid function of 5 patients was significantly improved. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with benign thyroid nodules, ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation has the ideal clinical efficacy, which can effectively preserve the thyroid physiological function of patients and is worth promoting.
