本文对近４年来收治的８例先天性巨输尿管病人的资料进行了介绍，其中有２例是因意外原因而发现。静脉肾盂造影，逆行肾盂造影和膀胱镜检查是诊断先天性巨输尿管的重要检查方法。８例患者中，２例自觉症状轻，肾功能正常，ＩＶＰ示肾显影良好，肾积水不严重者采用保守疗法，余６例行肾及输尿管切除或行输尿管裁剪整形、折叠后加ｌｅａｄｂｅｌｔｅｒ－Ｐｏｌｉｔａｎｏ氏输尿管膀胱再移植术，术后效果满意。
This article describes the data of 8 cases of patients with congenital giant ureter admitted in the past 4 years, of which 2 cases were found for unexpected reasons. Intravenous pyelography, retrograde pyelography and cystoscopy are important methods for the diagnosis of giant giant ureter. 8 cases of patients, 2 cases of subjective symptoms mild, normal renal function, IVP showed good renal development, conservative treatment of hydronephrosis is not serious, more than 6 cases of kidney and ureter resection or ureteral cutting plastic surgery, folding plus leadbelter- Poli tano’s ureter bladder retransplantation, satisfactory results.
