2003年10月25日在北京由国家质检总局主持召开了由中国特种设备检测研究中心丁克勤博士负责的中央级科研院所社会公益研究专项资金项目“油气输送管道高速检测技术与系统研究”的成果鉴定会。鉴定委员会经讨论一致认为:该项成果整体达到了国际先进水平。该项目在油气输送管道漏磁检测方法与系统研究方面获得了重大进展,取得以下研究成果:(1)提出了油气输送管道缺陷漏磁信号的有限元模拟仿真方法,得到了漏磁信号随缺陷特征参数的变化规律。
