注水开发油藏的原油最终采收率不超过50 %。故对注水油藏或油藏开采后期增加原油产量问题的研究是非常重要的。这里通过使用实验室的试验结果和在俄罗斯及其它地区油田现场应用效果 ,讨论了一种建立在使用地表震动源产生震动能来提高原油采收率的方法。研究了注水开发油田使用震动能与不使用震动能对剩余油饱和度的影响。研究结果表明 ,在多孔含油砂岩使用震动能可使原油的生产速度增加而使剩余饱和度下降。在人工合成多孔介质中研究了另一种重要现象 ,即由于使用震动能原油脱气速度增加。这些研究说明 ,使用震动能可以作为提高原油采收率的有效手段
The final recovery rate of crude oil for waterflooding reservoirs does not exceed 50%. Therefore, it is very important to study the problem of increasing crude oil output in the later period of water flooding or reservoir exploration. Here, a method based on the use of laboratory vibration sources and the application of field effects in Russia and elsewhere is discussed. A method based on the use of surface sources to generate vibrational energy to improve oil recovery is discussed. The effects of vibration energy and non-use of vibration energy on the residual oil saturation of waterflooding oilfields were studied. The results show that the use of vibration energy in porous oil-bearing sandstone can increase the production rate of crude oil and decrease the residual saturation. Another important phenomenon has been investigated in synthetic porous media where the rate of degassing of crude oil increases due to the use of vibration. These studies show that the use of vibration energy can be used as an effective means to improve oil recovery
