2016年按延长石油集团按“保生存、求发展”的总体要求,坚持以市场为导向、以效益为中心、以调整产品结构为抓手,为加快调整产品结构,增加整体经济效益,有效应对当前国内经济下行、市场需求疲软的严峻形势,延安炼油厂结合柴汽比实际情况,积极开展优化柴汽比工作~([1])。本文主要针对延安炼油厂100×10~4t/a催化裂化装在不影响装置总液收的前提下,通过改变催化装置操作条件,优化催化装置工艺参数等措施,使装置柴汽比由此前0.59降至0.50,实现经济效益最大。
In 2016, according to the general requirements of “extending the survival and development” of the oil group, the Group adhered to the principle of being market-oriented, focusing on efficiency and adjusting product mix. In order to speed up the adjustment of product mix and increase the overall economic benefits, To effectively cope with the current severe downturn in the domestic economy and weak market demand, Yan’an Refinery actively carried out optimized diesel-to-diesel ratio work [1] based on actual diesel-fuel ratio. In this paper, Yan’an Refinery 100 × 10 ~ 4t / a FCCU installed under the premise of not affecting the total liquid collection device, by changing the operating conditions of the catalytic device, catalyst parameters and other measures to optimize the catalytic device so that the device diesel steam ratio from the previous 0.59 Down to 0.50, to achieve the greatest economic benefits.
