混凝土做为建筑工程所用的材料在近年来得到了广发的发展及应用,做为建筑物的重要组成部分在提高建筑工程质量过程中起到决定性的作用。房屋建筑在经过多年的使用后经常会由于种种因素导致各种裂缝的产生。裂缝的存在不仅严重的影响了房屋建筑的美观,同时也影响了整体建筑的功能发挥,严重的裂缝甚至降低了房屋建筑的安全性。文章从混凝土工程常见裂缝及影响因素入手,并在此基础上提出了应对策略。
As a material used in construction projects, concrete has been developed and applied in recent years. As an important part of buildings, it plays a decisive role in improving the quality of construction projects. After many years of use of the building, various cracks often result from various factors. The existence of cracks not only seriously affected the aesthetic appearance of the building, but also affected the overall function of the building. Serious cracks even reduced the safety of the building. This article starts with common cracks and influencing factors in concrete engineering and puts forward countermeasures on the basis of this.
