三氮唑类化合物因具有广泛的生物活性,在药物化学、材料化学以及生物缀合等领域有非常广泛的应用前景。而目前在合成目标化合物时,大多合成步骤多且转化率较低,因此开发一种新型合成目标化合物的方法显得尤其重要。使用Pd/C和CO2气体催化二氢查尔酮与叠氮钠,合成目标化合物。该方法条件简单、底物易得、绿色环保。
Triazoles have a very wide range of applications in the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry, materials chemistry and bioconjugation due to their wide range of biological activities. At present, most of the synthesis of the target compounds, the synthesis steps and the conversion rate is low, so the development of a new method of synthesis of the target compounds is particularly important. Dihydrochalcone and sodium azide were catalyzed by Pd / C and CO2 gas to synthesize the target compound.
