乙酰胆硷是一种研究历史最长,在体内分布最广的神经介质,对许多生理活动都有重要的调节作用。乙酰胆硷是通过受体起作用的,因此,乙酰胆硷受体结合力的测定,对神经生理、病理和药理的研究工作都具有重要的意义。我们依据Yamamura和snyder的报导,应用~3H-QNB(~3H-Quinuclidinyl benzilate)建立了脑内乙酰胆硷毒蕈碱样(M)受体亲和力的测定方法,并结合本实验室的条件,作了一些改良,现将方法部分报告如下:
Acetylcholine is a neurological mediator with the longest history and the most extensive distribution in the body. It plays an important regulatory role in many physiological activities. Acetylcholine acts through the receptor, therefore, the determination of acetylcholine receptor binding, the neurophysiological, pathological and pharmacological research work is of great significance. According to the report of Yamamura and Snyder, we established a method for the determination of acetylcholine muscarinic (M) receptor affinity in the brain using ~ 3H-QNB (~ 3H-Quinuclidinyl benzilate) Some improvements, the method section is now reported as follows:
