执行器的选择或研发是半主动控制起落架研究的核心内容,同时也是难点,其性能的优劣将直接影响半主动控制效果。本文选用并联组合高速开关阀作为起落架半主动控制执行器并加以研究。建立了高速开关阀非线性数学模型,其中考虑了材料的磁饱和性,并通过试验加以校验;按给定吸收功量时峰值载荷最小的准则设计PD控制律,采用模糊算法实现控制参数自整定,进行基于高速开关阀的起落架半主动控制缓冲性能仿真。仿真结果表明,使用高速开关阀作为起落架半主动控制执行器能有效提高起落架缓冲性能。
Actuator selection or research and development is the core of landing gear research, but also difficult, the performance of the pros and cons will directly affect the semi-active control effect. This paper selects the parallel combination of high-speed on-off valve as a semi-active landing gear actuator and to be studied. A non-linear mathematical model of high-speed on-off valve was established, in which the magnetic saturation of the material was taken into account and verified through experiments. The PD control law was designed according to the criterion of minimum peak load when the absorbed power was given. Setting, the semi-active control buffer performance simulation based on high-speed on-off valve landing gear. Simulation results show that the use of high-speed on-off valve as a semi-active landing gear actuator can effectively improve the landing gear cushioning performance.
