近两年多来,医疗器械工业与某些行业一样,遇到了建国以来少见的原材料涨价、资金紧张及配套改革一时还跟不上等外部环境的实际问题。应当说,这是导致企业成本上升、效益滑坡的客观因素。如何面对这一现实,从企业内部挖潜?怎么挖?张烨同志通过对北京市31种主要医疗器械产品成本的构成这一侧面,结合马克思的有关科学论述进行探讨,提出了把节约物化劳动放在首位这样一个问题。
