文献报道信筒子素(Embelin)及其他苯醌类化合物对雄、雌性哺乳动物均有生育调节活性。信筒子素能增加雌性动物卵巢重量、抑制着床等作用,使雄性动物血浆睾酮浓度和精液量及精子活性减低。本文的研究致力于寻找出信筒子素起效的最低有效剂量和最适合给药途径。信筒子素是从植物Rapanea melanpholes的种子中提取分离得到的,并经分析鉴定合格后用于实验。 实验动物选用雄性性成熟新西兰家兔,共采用4种给药途径。①肌肉注射给药,剂量为0.5~30mg/kg;②口服混悬液,剂量为5.0~70mg/kg;③口服片剂,剂量为50mg/
It has been reported in the literature that Embelin and other benzoquinone compounds have fertility-regulating activity on both male and female mammals. Tustinin can increase the weight of female ovary, inhibit the implantation and other effects, so that the plasma male testosterone concentration and semen volume and sperm activity decreased. The research in this paper is devoted to finding the lowest effective dose and the most suitable route of administration for the initiation of letterpress. Neosperm is extracted from the seeds of the plant Rapanea melanpholes and used for experiments after being qualified by analysis.
