目的:观察加味痛泻要方镇痛止泻作用,为其治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)提供实验依据。方法:采用热板法和扭体法,观察加味痛泻要方对小鼠的镇痛作用;以番泻叶腹泻模型观察止泻效果;TNBS法复制小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,观察其对动物体征的影响。结果:加味痛泻要方8.5g/kg、17g/kg、34g/kg可延长小鼠痛阈,减少醋酸刺激所致的小鼠扭体反应次数;17g/kg和34g/kg能减少番泻叶腹泻模型的稀便次数,改善UC小鼠的一般体征。结论:加味痛泻要方具有明显的镇痛止泻作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-diarrhea effect of Modified Tongxie Yao Recipe for relieving ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: The hot plate method and writhing method were used to observe the analgesic effect of Modified Tongxieya Recipe on mice. The anti-diarrhea effect was observed by the model of senna diarrhea. The mouse model of ulcerative colitis was replicated by TNBS, Effects of animal signs. Results: Modified Tongxieya prescription 8.5g / kg, 17g / kg, 34g / kg can prolong the pain threshold of mice and reduce the number of writhing reactions induced by acetic acid stimulation; 17g / kg and 34g / kg can reduce Senna Diarrhea leaf diarrhea times, improve the general signs of UC mice. Conclusion: Modified Tongxie Yao Fang has obvious analgesic and anti-diarrhea effects.
