两个在成株与种粒都抗大豆花叶病毒品种(系)东农81-43,铁6915(东农)与4个都感的品种东农79-9,合丰25,丰收12与天北白目在1990年配制11个组合。1992年同时在网室与红兴隆田间种植11个杂交组合的P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、F_3五个世代。试验结果证明了大豆成株与籽粒抗性是由不同基因控制的。东农81-43的成株抗性基因与籽粒抗性基因不在同一条染色体上;铁6915(东农)的成株抗性与籽粒抗性基因在同条染色体上,连锁值为26.3±8.5%。东农81-43与铁6915(东农)的抗种粒斑驳基因不是等位的。东农81-43与铁6915(东农)所携带的抗SMV 1号株系的种粒斑驳基因分别为I_(D1)与I_(T1)。各个家系对两个SMV株系的种粒抗性反应的结果表明,抗不同株系种粒斑驳的基因是不同的。I_(T1)与I_(T3)不在同一条染色体上。
Two cultivars Dongnong 79-9, Hefeng 25, Bumper Harvest 12 and Dongnong 81-43, Tie 6915 (Dongnong) and four sense cultivars resistant to soybean mosaic virus North Tianmei prepared in 1990, 11 combinations. In 1992, P_1, P_2, F_1, F_2 and F_3 of 11 hybrids were planted in the net room and Hongxinglong field. The results of the experiment proved that the resistance of adult and kernel of soybean is controlled by different genes. The adult plant resistance genes of Dongnong 81-43 were not on the same chromosome as the grain resistance genes. The linkage between the adult plant resistance and grain resistance genes of Tie 6915 (Dongnong) was on the same chromosome with a linkage value of 26.3 ± 8.5 %. The anti-seed mottle genes of Dongnong 81-43 and Tie 6915 (Dongnong) were not allelic. The mottle mottle genes of SMV-1 strain carried by Dongnong 81-43 and Tie 6915 (Dongnong) were I D1 and I T1, respectively. The results of the grain-resistance responses of the two families to the two SMV lines show that the genes resistant to mottle of the different strains are different. I_ (T1) and I_ (T3) are not on the same chromosome.
