目的:探讨IVF/ICSI过程中,超重/肥胖和PCOS对促排卵参数和妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月～2010年7月于同济医院生殖医学中心用标准长方案进行IVF/ICSI的152名PCOS和152名非PCOS患者的临床资料,用线性回归和Logistic回归的方法分析超重/肥胖和PCOS对IVF/ICSI结局的影响。结果:两组的平均年龄和基础FSH无统计学差异。多元线性回归分析发现,在控制了PCOS这一变量后,超重/肥胖对获卵数、MⅡ数和可利用胚胎数有明显负面影响。但是超重/肥胖和PCOS对妊娠、生化妊娠、流产无明显影响。结论:超重/肥胖对IVF/ICSI过程中某些参数具有影响,但是依赖于PCOS。超重/肥胖和PCOS对IVF/ICSI妊娠结局无明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of overweight / obesity and PCOS on ovulation induction parameters and pregnancy outcomes during IVF / ICSI. Methods: The clinical data of 152 patients with PCOS and 152 non-PCOS patients who underwent standard long-term IVF / ICSI regimen from January 2009 to July 2010 in Tongji Hospital Reproductive Medicine Center were retrospectively analyzed. Linear regression and Logistic regression The effect of overweight / obesity and PCOS on IVF / ICSI outcomes was analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in mean age and basal FSH between the two groups. Multivariate linear regression analysis found that overweight / obesity had a significant negative effect on the number of oocytes retrieved, the number of MII and the number of embryos available, after controlling for this variable of PCOS. However, overweight / obesity and PCOS have no significant effect on pregnancy, biochemical pregnancy and abortion. CONCLUSIONS: Overweight / obesity affects some parameters in IVF / ICSI but is dependent on PCOS. Overweight / obesity and PCOS had no significant effect on IVF / ICSI pregnancy outcomes.
