近二十几年来,我国的酒店业发展日新月异,其营销模式和管理体系己经逐步形成了按照市场发展规律运作的局面。尤其是随着改革开放,我国国内酒店业规模庞大,其导致的市场竞争也非常激烈。如何在国际市场竞争的环境中,有效地发掘企业内部资源,在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟、形成自己独特的竞争优势,使企业不断地发展和壮大,是摆在企业管理者面前的重要问题。
In the recent two decades, with the rapid development of China’s hotel industry, the marketing model and management system have gradually formed a pattern of operation in accordance with the law of market development. Especially with the reform and opening up, China’s domestic hotel industry is huge, leading to fierce market competition. How to effectively explore the internal resources of enterprises in the competitive environment of the international market, gain a firm foothold in the fierce market competition and form their own unique competitive advantages so as to continuously develop and expand the enterprises is an important task for the enterprise managers problem.
