目的 探讨儿童意外伤害发生相关因素 ,减少和预防集体儿童意外伤害的发生。 方法 对 1 997～ 2 0 0 1年杨浦区托幼机构中发生的 1 68例儿童意外伤害情况 ,结合保育员和教师培训情况进行分析。 结果 保育员及教师资质程度最高时 (中、高级保育员占 75 7% ,幼高、中高级教师占 42 5 % ) ,儿童意外伤害发生率最低 (0 88% )、意外伤害发生在游戏活动时所占比例也最低 (1 2 5 % )。 结论 加强保育员、教师的有关知识培训 ,提高保育员、教师保教工作时和设计游戏时的安全意识以及对儿童意外伤害的防范能力 ,同时重视培养儿童自我安全保护意识 ,以切实减少儿童意外伤害的发生。
Objective To explore the related factors of child accidental injury and to reduce and prevent the occurrence of unintentional injuries among children in collective. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight cases of accidental injuries among children in the nursery in Yangpu district from 1997 to 2001 were analyzed, and the training of nurses and teachers was analyzed. Results When the qualifications of nurses and teachers were the highest (75.7% for middle and senior level nurses, 42.5% for junior and senior level teachers), the lowest rate of accidental injuries among children (0 88%) was in game activities When the proportion of the lowest (12.5%). Conclusions Strengthen the training of nurses and teachers, improve the safety awareness of nurses, teachers and the design of games, as well as the prevention of accidental injury to children. At the same time, we should attach great importance to cultivating children’s self-protection awareness so as to effectively reduce child accidental injuries happened.
