目的:探讨天龙咳喘灵对咳嗽变异性哮喘模型大鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平的影响。方法:选取60只四周龄大鼠,随机分为四组,对其中三组构建咳嗽变异性哮喘模型,分别给予地塞米松和天龙咳喘灵胶囊进行治疗,对比大鼠血清中IFN-γ、IL-4的水平。结果:模型组大鼠血清中IFN-γ的水平较空白组显著降低、IL-4的水平显著升高,而在给予地塞米松或天龙咳喘灵胶囊后,大鼠血清中IFN-γ的水平升高,IL-4的水平降低,且天龙咳喘灵胶囊组大鼠的变化趋势更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天龙咳喘灵对咳嗽变异性哮喘模型大鼠进行用药后,可以通过调节大鼠血清中IFN-γ、IL-4的水平来缓解病情进展,可以用来指导临床用药。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tianlong Kechuanling on serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in cough variant asthma model rats. Methods: Sixty four-week-old rats were randomly divided into four groups. The cough-variant asthma model was established in three of the three groups. Dexamethasone and Tianlong Kechuanling Capsules were administered respectively. The levels of IFN-γ, IL-4 levels. Results: The level of IFN-γ in the serum of the model group was significantly lower than that of the blank group and the level of IL-4 was significantly increased. However, after the dexamethasone or Tianlongkechuanling capsule were administered, the level of IFN-γ The level of IL-4 decreased, and the change trend of Tianlong Kechuanling capsule group was more obvious, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tianlongkechuanling can relieve the progression of the disease by regulating the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the serum of cough variant asthma rats, which can be used to guide the clinical medication.
