漫湾水电站在建设中,从自身特点出发,推行招标承包和建设监理制。通过7年实践,在监理机构的组建和职责、监理工作的内容和方法等方面,围绕监督、管理、协调、服务的方针,探索新的模式,积累了一些经验,取得了较好的工程效益;同时,也指出了需要在今后深化改革中逐步解决的几个问题。 Manwan Hydropower Station under construction, starting from its own characteristics, the implementation of the tender contracting and construction supervision system. Through seven years of practice, we have explored new modes and accumulated some experience and achieved good project benefits around the principles of supervision, management, coordination and service in terms of the establishment and responsibilities of the supervisory bodies and the contents and methods of supervision work. At the same time, it also pointed out several issues that needed to be gradually solved in the course of deepening the reform in the future.
