目的:建立不同品种芒果叶水提物的HPLC指纹图谱,并进行聚类分析。与近缘品种扁桃叶指纹图谱进行分析比较,为其质量控制和药材鉴别提供依据。方法:以默克STAR RP-18e(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶剂系统,梯度洗脱,检测波长216 nm,对各批样品色谱图采用聚类分析进行归类,并将相同条件下测得的扁桃叶图谱与之相比较,分析区别。结果:确定了芒果叶水提物指纹图谱9个共有峰,运用聚类分析的方法将31个品种芒果叶分成三大类,相同条件下测得的扁桃叶指纹图谱与芒果叶指纹图谱成分及含量存在一定的差异。结论:建立的芒果叶水提物HPLC指纹图谱及质量分析方法,精密度、重现性和稳定性较好,能较好地区分芒果叶与近缘品种扁桃叶,为有效控制芒果叶药材的质量提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprints of different mango leaf water extracts and conduct cluster analysis. Compared with the fingerprints of Almond, the fingerprints of related varieties were provided a basis for quality control and identification of medicinal materials. Methods: Merck STAR RP-18e (5 μm, 4.6 mm × 250 mm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as solvent system. The detection wavelength was 216 nm. Class analysis were classified, and under the same conditions measured almond leaf map compared with the analysis of the difference. Results: Nine common peaks of fingerprints of mango leaf water extracts were identified. Cluster analysis was used to classify thirty-one mango leaves into three categories. The fingerprints of mango leaves and fingerprints of mango There are some differences in content. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprinting and quality analysis of the established mango leaf water extract, precision, reproducibility and stability is good, can better distinguish between mango leaves and related varieties of almond, in order to effectively control mango leaf medicinal materials Quality provides the scientific basis.
