应用PCR技术和ELISA间接法对贵阳地区 2 86对母婴配对血清进行巨细胞病毒 (CMV)和单纯疱疹病毒 (HSV)DNA和特异性IgM、IgG抗体检测。结果表明贵阳地区产妇CMV、HSV特异性IgG抗体阳性率分别为 85 6 7%和 80 77% ;新生儿血清CMV、HSV特异性IgG抗体阳性率为82 87%和 76 92 %。而产妇血清CMV、HSV1,2 DNA检出率分别为 12 2 4 %、9 79%和 6 2 9% ;新生儿脐血CMV、HSV1,2 DNA检出率分别为 7 34% ,6 57%和 4 2 0 %。新生儿脐血CMV、HSV特异性IgM抗体阳性率分别为 5 2 4 %、4 55%。证实CMV、HSV确实可以经胎盘传播给胎儿。
The cytomegalovirus (CMV) and herpes simplex virus (HSV) DNA and specific IgM and IgG antibodies were detected in 286 pairs of maternal and infant paired serum in Guiyang by PCR and ELISA indirect methods. The results showed that the positive rates of CMV and HSV specific IgG antibodies were 85 6 7% and 80 77% respectively in Guiyang. The positive rates of serum CMV and HSV specific IgG antibodies in neonates were 82 87% and 76 92%. The detection rates of CMV and HSV1 and 2 DNA in maternal serum were 12 2 4%, 9 79% and 62 9% respectively. The detection rates of CMV and HSV 1 and 2 DNA in cord blood were 7 34% and 57 57% And 420%. The positive rates of neonatal cord blood CMV and HSV specific IgM antibodies were 52.4% and 45.5% respectively. Confirmed CMV, HSV can indeed be transmitted through the placenta to the fetus.
