东盟是“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的重要枢纽,但最后加入东盟的四个国家电力基础设施滞后,严重阻碍了整个东盟电力基建的建设,更不利于“一带一路”战略的顺利开展。本文通过分析中国对新四国的电力基础设施投资的现状来充分挖掘四国的投资潜力,为今后中国投资者对新四国电力基础设施投资增强信心和提供对策。
ASEAN is an important hub for the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. However, the last four countries that joined ASEAN have laggard power infrastructure, seriously impeding the construction of the entire ASEAN power infrastructure and even more unfavorable to the “Belt and Road” strategy successfully launch. By analyzing the current situation of China’s investment in power infrastructure in the New Fourth States, this paper fully explores the investment potential of the four countries and enhances the confidence and countermeasures for Chinese investors in the future investment in the new four power infrastructure.
