组合化学是一门交叉学科,始终以有机化学为基础,将计算机辅助设计、生物化学以及高通量筛选一体化的技术,涉及多个领域,具有微量、高效、自动化的特点,因此在多个领域,如药物开发等,均具有很好的应用前景。本文综述了组合化学在药物开发中的应用,主要通过新型纳米药物在治疗癌症中的应用,尤其是将纳米载体与药物结合,在体内进行药物释放。通过对纳米材料进行表面物理化学修饰,用于提高其在化学、药学及生物医学领域中的应用研究,并对目前组合化学遇到的一些挑战简要进行了概括,对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Combinatorial chemistry is an interdisciplinary and always based on organic chemistry. It integrates computer-aided design (CAD), biochemistry and high-throughput screening.
