以高锰酸钾为淀粉的氧化剂,硼砂和四异氰酸酯为淀粉的复合交联剂,制备了板材生产用小麦淀粉改性环保胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当温度为50~60℃、交联时间为60 min、w(小麦淀粉)=30%和w(硼砂和四异氰酸酯)=4%(均相对于胶粘剂质量而言)且m(硼砂)∶m(四异氰酸酯)=1∶1时,该胶粘剂的平均黏度为150 mm~2/s、平均溶胀度为2.2、内接强度(为14.66 MPa)高于市售UF(脲醛树脂)胶粘剂(14.04 MPa)、胶接强度为2.8 MPa,并且60℃时耐水性良好、握钉率合格,作为UF胶粘剂的替代品完全满足生产要求。
Potassium permanganate as oxidizer, borax and tetraisocyanate as starch cross-linking agent, prepared by the production of wheat starch modified environmentally friendly adhesive. The results show that when the temperature is 50-60 ℃, the crosslinking time is 60 min, w (wheat starch) = 30% and w (borax and tetraisocyanate) = 4% (all relative to the mass of the adhesive) Borax): m (tetraisocyanate) = 1: 1, the average viscosity of the adhesive is 150 mm ~ 2 / s, the average degree of swelling is 2.2 and the internal strength is 14.66 MPa higher than the commercial UF Adhesive (14.04 MPa), bonding strength of 2.8 MPa, and good water resistance at 60 ℃, nail holding rate of qualified as a substitute for UF adhesive to fully meet the production requirements.
