目的探讨影响2型糖尿病并发高血压的环境危险因素。方法采用成组病例对照研究设计,研究对象来自社区,其中病例108例,对照170例,采用非条件logistic回归模型分析糖尿病并发高血压的相关因素。结果单因素非条件logistic回归分析发现,糖尿病并发高血压与年龄显著相关(OR=2.573),根据年龄分层经单因素非条件logistic回归分析,发现有统计学意义(P<0.05)的变量有饮茶、食用腌制鱼或肉、食用两种以上烹调油、以米为主食。进一步进行多因素logistic回归分析,这些因素也均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮茶、食用腌制鱼或肉、食用两种以上烹调油为该人群患糖尿病合并高血压的危险因素,以米为主食可能为保护因素。
Objective To explore the environmental risk factors of type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension. Methods A case-control study was designed in groups of 108 subjects and 170 controls. The non-conditional logistic regression model was used to analyze the related factors of hypertension complicated by hypertension. Results Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes complicated with hypertension was significantly associated with age (OR = 2.573). According to age-matched univariate logistic regression analysis, statistically significant (P <0.05) variables were found Drink tea, eat marinated fish or meat, eat two or more cooking oil, rice as the staple food. Further multivariate logistic regression analysis, these factors are also statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Drinking tea, eating cured fish or meat and eating more than two kinds of cooking oil are the risk factors of diabetes and hypertension in this population. Taking rice as the staple food may be the protective factor.
