“取人之长,补己之短”;“他山之石,可以攻玉”.......都说明了一个道理:借鉴是最有效的学习方法.教师之间的相互听课,是提高教师授课水平、能力的一种行之有效的方式,它有利于总结和推广优秀教师的先进的教学经验和方法;有利于促进教师的专业化发展;有利于促进良好的教研风气的形成和教改的深入;有利于教育管理者掌握和了解教师的实际情况.而现实情况却是不少教师尤其是青年教师不会听课;不知道听课前应准备什么;听课时听什么、看什么、记什么、想什么;听课后评课时谈什么等.针对这一现象笔者拟谈一些个人看法,供广大同仁参考.
“Taking one’s length and making up for it’s short supply”; “The stone of other hills can be used to attack jade”.... All of them illustrate the principle that learning is the most effective way of learning. The mutual lectures between teachers, It is an effective way to improve teachers’ teaching ability and ability. It is helpful for summarizing and promoting the advanced teaching experience and methods of excellent teachers; it is conducive to promoting the professional development of teachers; it is conducive to promoting the formation of a good teaching and research atmosphere. In-depth education and reform is conducive to education administrators to grasp and understand the actual situation of teachers. The reality is that many teachers, especially young teachers, do not attend classes; they do not know what to prepare before attending classes; what they listen to when they listen to classes and what they see. What to remember and think about; what to say when classifying after class, etc. For this phenomenon, I would like to talk about some personal opinions for my colleagues.
