羟自由基(·OH)生成液0.05mL·kg1iv使麻醉大鼠的左心室收缩期峰值压。平均动脉压。左心室收缩期峰值压与心率乘积。左室等容收缩期压力最大上升速率和左室等容舒张期压力最大下降速率明显下降,而左室舒张末期压力和血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高.给·OH前5miniv尼卡地平(Nic)0.52μg·kg-1可明显而持久地降低MDA含量,但对血流动力学及心肌收缩性能指标仅有短暂改善作用.给·OH后即iv多巴胺(DA)0.2μg·kg-1·min1对上述功能指标的改善明显而持久.但对·OHiv后即刻出现的MDA升高无明显对抗效应.当Nic与DA按前述方法合用后不仅血浆MDA含量趋于正常.而且对功能指标的改善还较两药单用显著.稳定和持久.提示Nic与OA合用对·OH所致血流动力学及心肌收缩性能异常有协同保护效应.

In the first 5 min of · OH, nicardipine (Nic) 0.52 μg · kg-1 significantly and persistently decreased MDA content, but only transiently improved the hemodynamics and myocardial contractility. Give · OH after iv dopamine (DA) 0.2μg · kg-1 · min1 of the above-mentioned functional indicators of significant and lasting improvement. However, there was no obvious antagonistic effect on the increase of MDA immediately after · OHiv. When Nic and DA were combined as described above, not only plasma levels of MDA tended to be normal. And the improvement of functional indicators than the two drugs alone significantly. Stable and lasting. It is suggested that the combined use of Nic and OA has a synergistic protective effect on the hemodynamic and myocardial contractility induced by · OH.
