在砂型铸造ZA27合金的凝固过程中施加强脉冲电流,测量了得到的试样的力学性能.结果表明,脉冲电流可明显抑制ZA27合金中枝状晶的长大,提高合金的抗拉强度及延伸率.
The strong pulse current was applied during the solidification process of sand casting ZA27 alloy and the mechanical properties of the obtained sample were measured. The results show that the pulse current can significantly inhibit the growth of dendrite in ZA27 alloy and improve the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy.
