目的:探讨肺结核和肺外结核患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的临床表达意义。方法:回顾性分析本院2010年10月-2013年10月收治的肺结核和肺外结核患者临床资料,采用流式细胞技术(flow cytometry,FCM),对肺结核组、肺外结核组和正常人群(对照组)各40份外周血CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD3+CD4+细胞、CD3+CD8+细胞、B淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞(NK)的表达及CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值进行检测,并进行组间差异比较。结果:与对照组相比,肺结核组、肺外结核组CD3+、CD4+细胞表达率差异极显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);肺结核组、肺外结核组CD8+及CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值与对照组相比差异不显著,无统计学差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,肺结核组、肺外结核组B淋巴细胞和NK细胞表达率差异显著,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:肺结核与肺外结核患者常常伴有外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化,临床上对患者进行外周血淋巴细胞亚群鉴定有助于了解患者机体免疫状况及疾病严重程度,为临床诊断提供了依据。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and extra-pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: The clinical data of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis admitted from October 2010 to October 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to evaluate the clinical effect of pulmonary tuberculosis, extrapulmonary tuberculosis and normal people (Control group), the expression of CD3 + cells, CD4 + cells, CD3 + CD4 + cells, CD3 + CD8 + cells, B lymphocytes and NK cells and the ratio of CD3 + CD4 + / CD3 + CD8 + Differences between groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the expression rates of CD3 + and CD4 + cells in tuberculosis group and extrapulmonary tuberculosis group were significantly different (P <0.01). The expressions of CD8 + and CD3 + CD4 + / CD3 + (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the expression rates of B lymphocytes and NK cells in tuberculosis group and extrapulmonary tuberculosis group were significantly different (P> 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05) P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Tuberculosis and extra-pulmonary tuberculosis patients are often associated with changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets. Clinically, the identification of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in patients may help to understand the immune status and disease severity of patients and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis in accordance with.
