目的观察清肺止咳糖浆对幼儿支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae,MPP)的治疗作用,以及对患儿血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6的影响。方法选择支原体肺炎患儿46例,随机分为阿奇霉素组20例,清肺止咳糖浆联合阿奇霉素组26例。观察各组的治愈情况,并以酶联免疫法检测血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6含量的变化。结果与阿奇霉素组比较,联合治疗组治愈率显著提高(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,MPP患儿血清IFN-γ、IL-2含量明显于正常组(P<0.05);经清肺止咳糖浆干预后,IFN-γ、IL-2含量明显于正常组(P<0.05);与正常组比较,MPP患儿血清IL-4、IL-6含量显著升高(P<0.05);经清肺止咳糖浆干预后,IL-4、IL-6含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论清肺止咳糖浆与阿奇霉素联合应用对MPP患儿疗效可靠,其机制可能与调节患儿免疫功能有关。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingfeizhike syrup on mycoplasma pneumoniae (MPP) in children and its effects on serum IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 in children. Methods 46 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into azithromycin group (n = 20), Qingfei Cough Syrup combined with azithromycin group (n = 26). The cure of each group was observed. The changes of serum IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with azithromycin group, the cure rate of combination group was significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the normal group, the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in MPP children were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.05). The levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the MPP group were significantly higher than those in the normal group 0.05). Compared with the normal group, the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in the MPP children were significantly increased (P <0.05); the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 were significantly decreased after the intervention of Qingfei Cough Syrup (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qingfei Cough Syrup combined with azithromycin has a reliable curative effect on children with MPP, the mechanism may be related to the regulation of children’s immune function.
