The fourth issue of this issue contains the new elemental nomenclature of Western naming, indicating that Semporg Seaborg, the principal inventor of elements 95 and 96, proposed that American metals and Curie metals be the official names. He is based on the atomic structure and found that elements of the rare earth from the fifty-seventh to seventy-first element of a total of fourteen elements, compared with eighty-ninth after the elements have much in common. Therefore, the name is also from the 95 on the 65th European metal europium called American metal. Gadolin metal on the 46th, 64th (Gadolin is a man who studies rare earth metals, in the name of gadolinium to commemorate him) is called Curie,
