羧甲基葡甘露聚糖是魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重要产物。选用L929小鼠成纤维细胞为靶细胞,用含不同浓度、不同取代度的羧甲基魔芋多糖的培养液,通过体外细胞培养法进行细胞毒性检测,于24 d后测其吸光度(OD)值,计算细胞的相对增殖率,用6级毒性分类法评价羧甲基葡甘露聚糖的细胞毒性。结果表明,羧甲基葡甘露聚糖各实验组的细胞增殖率(RGR)均在75%以上,而且与阳性对照组有统计学差异(P<0.01),与阴性对照组没有统计学差异(P>0.05),细胞毒性为1级,无明显的细胞毒性,羧甲基葡甘露聚糖的浓度对L929细胞活性的影响显著。
Carboxymethyl glucomannan is an important product of konjac glucomannan. L929 mouse fibroblasts were selected as target cells.
