目的:研究和比较湿生扁蕾水提取物和醇提取物对小鼠抗炎镇痛的作用。方法:小鼠分别灌胃6.6g生药/kg﹑3.3g生药/kg﹑2.2g生药/kg的湿生扁蕾和乙醇提取物,采用小鼠耳肿胀法、琼脂肉芽肿法及测定角叉菜胶致小鼠炎症渗出物中PGE2含量来观察比较抗炎作用;采用小鼠扭体法,福尔马林致痛法观察比较镇痛作用。结果:湿生扁蕾醇提6.6g生药/kg﹑3.3g生药/kg均能抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀;醇提6.6g生药/kg能明显抑制琼脂致小鼠肉芽肿,并可拮抗角叉菜胶致小鼠炎足炎性渗出物中的PGE2含量增高;湿生扁蕾醇提6.6g生药/kg﹑3.3g生药/kg剂量均能抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应,减少小鼠的扭体次数,并延长扭体反应潜伏期;湿生扁蕾水提6.6g生药/kg及醇提6.6g生药/kg﹑3.3g生药/kg剂量均能一定程度抑制福尔马林引起的小鼠疼痛,醇提取物抑制作用更强。结论:湿生扁蕾具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用,其主要活性成分存在于乙醇提取部位。
OBJECTIVE: To study and compare the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of water extract and alcohol extract of Hygrophylla sylvestris L. The dosage of 6.6g crude drug / kg and 6.6g crude drug / kg and3.3g crude drug / Lin induced mice pain, alcohol extract inhibition stronger. Conclusion: The hygienic buds have obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and the main active ingredients exist in the ethanol extraction part.
