随着社会主义市场经济的发展,作为企业管理中的工作要素,政工队伍可谓是国有企业区别于其他企业的特别队伍,政工队伍在过去的几十年中,为保证企业的政治方向做出了很大贡献。然而事物总是发展和变化的。国有企业经营发展模式发生了根本性变化,同时职工价值观念多元化,利益分配多样化,各种矛盾复杂化,这些新情况都赋予了企业思想政治工作新任务和新挑战。但由于历史和现实原因,国企思想政治工作队伍建设跟不上新形势发展变化,出现萎缩、不作为现象,逐渐暴露出与企业发展不和谐的问题,亟待我们研究和解决。
