我院1978年3～8月用磁疗治疗100例门诊患者,取得较好效果,兹报道如下。一、一般资料:100例中男60例,女40例;年龄18个月～52岁,其中3～10岁者占93例。从起病至磁疗开始的病程3天以内84例,4天以内12例,5天及8天内各1例,10天内2例。双侧发病91例,单侧9例。二、疗效标准:①痊愈:症状和体征72小时内消失且无并发症者,②显效:症状和体征120小时内消失且无并发症者;③有效:症状和体征在1周以上消失,且无并发症者;④无效:经过1周磁疗,未达到以上标准者。
Our hospital from March 1978 to August with magnetic treatment of 100 cases of outpatients, achieved good results, it is reported as follows. First, the general information: 100 cases of male 60 cases, 40 females; aged 18 months to 52 years, of which 3 to 10 years accounted for 93 cases. From the onset to the beginning of the course of magnetic therapy 84 cases within 3 days, 12 cases within 4 days, 1 case within 5 days and 8 days, 2 cases within 10 days. Bilateral incidence of 91 cases, unilateral in 9 cases. Second, the efficacy criteria: ① cured: the symptoms and signs disappear within 72 hours and no complications, ② markedly effective: the symptoms and signs disappear within 120 hours and no complications; ③ effective: the symptoms and signs disappear in more than 1 week, and No complications; ④ invalid: after 1 week of magnetic therapy, did not meet the above criteria.
