选用晋薯2号、内薯3号、紫花白3个品种为材料,对马铃薯生育期间叶片内源GA3、IAA、CTK、ABA的含量变化与块茎产量形成的相互关系进行了研究。结果表明:不同生育时期ABA含量与块茎产量呈极显著的正相关,GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA、CTK/ABA3个比值变化与块茎产量和产量增长速率呈负相关。在块茎形成期ABA含量低,GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA、CTK/ABA比值大,淀粉积累期IAA含量高,ABA含量高的品种,块茎产量高、产量增长速率块、产量形成早。
Three varieties of Jinshu 2, Neishu 3 and Zihuabai were selected as materials to study the relationship between changes of leaf endogenous GA3, IAA, CTK and ABA content and tuber yield formation during potato growth. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between ABA content and tuber yield at different growth stages. The ratio of GA3 / ABA, IAA / ABA and CTK / ABA was negatively correlated with tuber yield and yield growth rate. The varieties with low ABA content, high GA3 / ABA, IAA / ABA, CTK / ABA, high IAA content during starch accumulation and high ABA content had high tuber yield and yield growth rate and early yield.
