塔里木油田公司油气生产技术部(简称技术部),主要承担着为塔里木油田油气生产提供水电保障和技术服务的任务。现在人员近500人,其中35岁以下青年员工占48.6%,而且青年员工中,60%是社会化用工(非本企业固定员工)。青年员工的成长成才问题,青工队伍的稳定问题,是摆在技术部面前十分紧迫而重要的任务。技术部本着为建设一流保障队伍培养一流青年团队的愿望,以“青年员工成长成才途径”为课题进行了初步探索,开展了丰富多彩的活动,见到了初步效果。
Tarim Oilfield Company Oil and Gas Production Technology Department (referred to as the Ministry of Technology), mainly responsible for the Tarim oil and gas production to provide water and electricity security and technical services mission. It now employs nearly 500 people, of whom 48.6% are young workers under the age of 35, and 60% of young workers are social workers (not regular employees of the enterprise). The growth and development of young staff and the stability of the contingent of young workers are very urgent and important tasks before the technical department. In line with the aspiration of building a first-class youth team for building a first-class security team, the Ministry of Science and Technology conducted a preliminary exploration on the theme of “Young Employees’ Growth and Development” and carried out a variety of activities to meet the initial results.
