目的探讨电吸室器械纳入消毒供应中心进行全过程质量追溯管理,确保器械安全使用,提高手术质量,加强医院感染控制。方法电吸室器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理按标准化流程进行器械回收、分类、清洗、消毒、检查包装、灭菌、监测、发放,完善质量控制过程的相关记录,实施全过程质量追溯管理。结果 2009-12-2011-01集中处置电吸室器械包1 700余个,施行相应手术2 000余例,手术器械清洗,消毒,灭菌质量合格,记录具有可追溯性。结论将电吸室器械纳入消毒供应中心实行全过程质量追溯管理,有效地保障了器械使用的安全,预防与控制医院感染,是举证的重要依据。
Objective To investigate the quality management of electric suction chamber equipment into the center of disinfection and supply, to ensure the safe use of instruments, to improve the operation quality and to strengthen the control of nosocomial infection. Results 2009-12-2011-01 Disposal of more than 1 700 mechanical equipment for electric suction room and over 2 000 surgical operations were performed. The surgical instruments were cleaned, disinfected and sterilized. The records were traceable. Conclusion It is an important evidence to prove that using the electric suction chamber instrument into the disinfection supply center to carry out the quality traceability management of the whole process, effectively ensuring the safety of the instrument and preventing and controlling the nosocomial infection.
