目的了解小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠的术后效果情况。方法回顾性分析。将我院对2004～2008年收治的43例(53只眼)青光眼患者,均采用小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠,对术后前房、眼压、滤过泡等进行观察。结果术后无III级浅前房发生,1～2周内出现I级、II级浅前房,经处理后,恢复正常。滤过泡形成良好,无非功能性滤过泡。眼压在21mmHg以下(2例在21mmHg以上,加用抗青光眼药后,恢复正常)。结论小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠明显地降低了浅前房、低眼压等并发症,提高了手术成功率。
Objective To understand the effect of sodium hyaluronate after trabeculectomy. Methods Retrospective analysis. In our hospital from 2004 to 2008 were treated 43 cases (53 eyes) of patients with glaucoma, trabeculectomy were used sodium hyaluronate, postoperative anterior chamber, intraocular pressure, filtration bleb and so on. Results There was no grade III shallow anterior chamber after operation, and grade I and grade II shallow anterior chamber appeared within 1 ~ 2 weeks. After treatment, they returned to normal. Bleb formation well, no non-functional filter bleb. IOP below 21mmHg (2 cases in 21mmHg above, add anti-glaucoma medicine, returned to normal). Conclusion The application of sodium hyaluronate in trabeculectomy significantly reduced the complications such as shallow anterior chamber and hypotony and improved the success rate of operation.
