针对精密的坦克火控系统信号复杂、部件模块不易拆卸检测,以及信号波形故障不易检测判别等难题,提出了基于LabVIEW的时域相关虚拟检测方法。通过虚拟仪器设计,解决了传统坦克火控系统检测设备多样复杂、不易携带、不便检测等问题;通过对火控系统检测点信号与正常信号的时域相关运算,实现了由相关系数识别信号波形失真等故障。最后,通过仿真实验进行了验证,结果表明:该方法可实现对火控系统故障的有效检测。
In view of the complex signal complexity of the tank fire control system, the difficult to disassemble and detect the module of the component, and the difficult detection and discrimination of the signal waveform fault, a time-dependent related virtual detection method based on LabVIEW is proposed. Through the virtual instrument design, the traditional tank fire control system testing equipment is diversified and complex, difficult to carry and inconvenient to detect. Through the time-domain correlation calculation between the detection point signal and the normal signal of the fire control system, the correlation coefficient is used to identify the signal waveform Distortion and other failures. Finally, the simulation results show that this method can effectively detect the fault of the fire control system.
