艺术品是社会财富的重要形式。本文研究了我国艺术品金融交易市场的现状及进一步发展需要的条件,认为艺术品金融交易市场的发展需要保证艺术品金融交易市场的安全性、流动性和健全的信息披露机制。因此,本文建议在法律保护下建立艺术品交易的产权体系和具有回购之锚的评估及担保机构,构建艺术品确权交易金融机制。 Artwork is an important form of social wealth. This paper studies the status quo and the conditions for the further development of the art financial trading market in our country. It considers that the development of the art financial trading market needs to ensure the security, liquidity and sound information disclosure mechanism of the art financial trading market. Therefore, this article proposes that under the protection of law, a system of property rights for artwork transactions and an evaluation and guarantee agency with an anchor for repurchase should be established to construct a financial mechanism for art of confirming transactions of artwork.
