目的:建立鸦胆子油乳注射剂中重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、铜、砷、汞)的分析检测方法。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅、镉元素;火焰原子吸收法测定铜元素;采用原子荧光法测定砷、汞元素;利用标准曲线法测定样品中重金属元素含量。结果:重金属元素检测分析方法考察结果5种重金属元素相关系数为0.9978~0.9998,回收率为94.8%~103.4%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可较好的用于鸦胆子油乳注射剂中重金属及有害元素的测定。
Objective: To establish an analytical method for the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements (lead, cadmium, copper, arsenic and mercury) in Brucea javanica oil injection. Methods: Determination of lead and cadmium by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS); Determination of copper by flame atomic absorption spectrometry; Determination of arsenic and mercury by atomic fluorescence spectrometry; Determination of heavy metal elements in samples by standard curve method. Results: The detection results of heavy metals showed that the correlation coefficients of five heavy metal elements were 0.9978 ~ 0.9998 and the recovery rates were 94.8% ~ 103.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used to determine the heavy metals and harmful elements in Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection.
