目的研究三叶青Tetrastigma hemsleyanum内生真菌Phomopsis sp.YK-7发酵产物中的化学成分。方法采用色谱分离技术进行分离和纯化,并根据谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从Phomopsis sp.YK-7的发酵产物中分离得到15个化合物,包括13个芳基苯并呋喃类化合物和2个甾体类化合物,分别鉴定为wittifuran X(1)、4-hydroxy-2-(4′-hydroxy-2′-methoxyphenyl)-6-methoxybenzofuran-3-carbaldehyde(2)、erypoegin J(3)、桑辛素S(4)、桑辛素T(5)、桑辛素C(6)、wiffifuran E(7)、iteafuranal A(8)、burttinol D(9)、7-methoxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-5-(3-prenyl)-benzofuran(10)、桑辛素N(11)、桑辛素P(12)、桑辛素M(13)、过氧麦角甾醇(14)和25-hydroxy-ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(15)。结论化合物1~9为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the endophytic fungi Phomopsis sp. YK-7 from Tetrastigma hemsleyanum. Methods Chromatographic separation was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the spectral data. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from the fermentation product of Phomopsis sp. YK-7, including 13 arylbenzofurans and 2 steroidal compounds identified as wittifuran X (1), 4-hydroxy-2 - (4’-hydroxy-2’-methoxyphenyl) -6-methoxybenzofuran-3-carbaldehyde (2), erypoegin J (6), wiffifuran E (7), iteafuranal A (8), burttinol D (9), 7-methoxy-2- (4-methoxyphenyl) (14), 25-hydroxy-ergosta-4,6,8 (14), 22- tetraen-3-one (15). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
