以国家标准化组织ISO、IEC和美国、英国、德国、中国等世界主要国家的稀土标准体系为对象,通过CSSN、标准文献信息服务系统等标准平台网站,收集各国稀土标准信息,建立标准信息采集分析数据库,对各国稀土标准的数量、类别、等效程度、应用行业、应用产品、时间、强制性标准等几个方面进行文献计量分析,结合回归分析、聚类分析等方法,结果发现,我国的稀土标准无论从数量上,还是从类别分布、行业分布、产品数量和分布、强制性程度上都比其他国家稀土标准要多,其中美国、日本的稀土标准数量尤其少;IEC国际稀土标准和英、德、法国、欧盟等欧洲国家稀土标准的等效采用比例较高,达到71.43%。
This paper takes rare earth standard system of ISO, IEC and other major countries in the world such as the United States, Britain, Germany and China as the object, collects rare earth standard information of all countries through CSSN and standard document information service system, and establishes standard information collection and analysis Database, the number of rare earth standards in various countries, the degree of equivalence, the application industry, application products, time, mandatory standards and other aspects of the bibliometric analysis, combined with regression analysis, cluster analysis and other methods, the results found that China’s Rare earth standards in terms of quantity, or from the type of distribution, industry distribution, product quantity and distribution, the degree of compulsory than other national rare earth standards to more, of which the United States, Japan, the rare earth standard number is particularly small; IEC international rare earth standards and Britain, Germany, France, the European Union and other European countries the higher the proportion of equivalent use of rare earth standard, reaching 71.43%.
