为了解《广西医学》高被引、高下载论文的内在规律和表征,应用文献计量学方法及EXCEL和ROST数据处理软件,对《广西医学》2006~2012年发表的被引、下载论文进行统计分析，在7128篇论文中，76.29%的论文已被引，平均每篇被引5.42次，被引逸15次者101篇占1.42%；99.71%的论文已被下载，平均每篇下载92.05次。高被引、高下载频次的论文集中在内容为中药及临床、综述栏目、作者为三级的省级医疗机构的论文。吸引和挖掘高被引论文、高下载论文，对提高期刊的学术质量和学术影响力有重要意义。“,”In order to explore the inherent rules and features of highly-cited and highly-downloaded papers published in Guangxi Medical Journal, the analysis on the citation and downloading features of the papers published in Guangxi Medical Journal from 2006 to 2012 by using literature metrology, EXCEL software and ROST software was conducted in this paper. Among 7128 papers, 76.29%were cited with the mean cited frequency of 5.42 for each paper, the papers whose cited frequency was more than 15 times accounted for 1.40%(100 pieces); 99.71% were downloaded with the mean downloaded frequency of 92.05. Most of the highly-cited and highly-downloaded papers concerned traditional Chinese medicine and literature review, their authors came from provincial tertiary medical institutes. At racting and finding out the highly-cited and highly-downloaded papers might play an important role in the improvement of academic quality and influence of the journal.
