阿布扎比原油管道在投产运行时,出现了末站减压阀门损坏的生产事故,为找出事故原因,利用投产模拟软件对可能的原因进行了模拟。在对阿布扎比原油管道运行末站反注水管道“上坡—下坡”段的含气段长度及位置进行模拟后,推测阿布扎比原油管道运行时末站阀门损坏的原因是管道中泡群溃灭产生的巨大水击压力,导致了阀门处超压。这种生产事故在地形复杂的地区较容易发生,因此此次事故分析对其他大落差地区输油管道的投产具有重要的指导意义。
During the operation of Abu Dhabi crude oil pipeline, there was a production accident in which the terminal depressurization valve was damaged. To find out the cause of the accident, the simulation software was used to simulate the possible causes. After the simulation of the length and location of the gas-bearing section of the anti-injection pipe “uphill-downhill” at the end of Abu Dhabi crude oil pipeline operation, it is speculated that the reason for the damage of the end-station valve during the operation of Abu Dhabi crude oil pipeline is that the pipeline The huge water hammer pressure caused by the collapse of the bubble group led to overpressure at the valve. This kind of production accident is more likely to happen in the area with complex terrain, so the accident analysis is of guiding significance to the commissioning of oil pipelines in other large drop areas.
