今年国家开始展开试点,对现存的小产权房进行处理,这使得小产权房再次进入人们关注的视野。小产权房的根本解决之道还是要通过法律手段,在法律意义上严格界定小产权房的概念,彻底对其风险和存在的原因进行分析,通过改变我国现行的城乡二元土地制度;严格土地监管制度的投入,加强执法力度;缴纳补偿金合法化的方式解决已购小产权房的后置问题来根本解决由来已久的小产权房顽疾。
