目的:研究丹酚酸B镁盐对过氧化脂质生成的影响和对自由基的清除作用.方法:不同浓度的丹酚酸B镁盐与大鼠组织匀浆或自由基发生系统共浴后,比色法观察它对过氧化脂质生成的抑制作用和对自由基的清除作用.结果:丹酚酸B镁盐抑制组织匀浆的脂质自氧化或硫酸亚铁和维生素C激发的脂质过氧化.在肝组织匀浆,丹酚酸B镁盐10 mg/L对两者的抑制率分别是69.2%,57.7%.丹酚酸B镁盐可清除黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶系统产生的氧阴离子和Fe~(2+)-H_2O_2系统产生的羟自由基.结论:丹酚酸B镁盐能抑制脂质过氧化并对自由基有一定的清除作用.
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of salvianolic acid B magnesium salt on lipid peroxidation and its scavenging effect on free radicals.Methods: After different concentrations of salvianolic acid B magnesium salt were co-bath with rat tissue homogenate or free radical , And its inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation and its scavenging effect on free radicals were observed by colorimetric method.Results: B-salvianolic acid B magnesium salt inhibited lipid peroxidation or ferrous sulfate and vitamin C-stimulated lipids Peroxidation.In liver homogenate, the inhibitory rates of 10 mg / L salvianolic acid B magnesium salt were 69.2% and 57.7%, respectively.The salvianolic acid B magnesium salt could remove the xanthine / xanthine oxidase system Generated oxygen anions and hydroxyl radical produced by Fe ~ (2 +) - H_2O_2 system.Conclusion: B magnesium salt of salvianolic acid inhibits lipid peroxidation and has some scavenging effects on free radicals.
