随着市场竞争日趋激烈,建筑行业中知识更新和技术进步的速度在不断加快.培训则是提供知识及相关技能的重要途径,因此企业员工培训至关重要。本文首先从远大建筑公司的人员结构分析入手,其次阐述了培训中常存在的一些问题,最后针对公司出现的问题提出相应的培训计划并予以实施。此文对建筑企业员工培训工作起到一定的借鉴意义。
As competition in the market becomes more intense, knowledge and skills in the construction industry are accelerating and training is an important way to provide knowledge and related skills, so employee training is crucial. This article begins with the analysis of the staff structure of Yuanda Construction Company, then elaborates some problems that often exist in the training, and finally puts forward the corresponding training plan according to the problems of the company and carries it out. This article has some reference to the training of construction enterprises staff.
