何乾三先生的《音乐的情感初探——再读汉斯力克的〈论音乐的美〉》一文用两种情感概念的区分来看汉斯力克自相矛盾的论述,并分析了通常的情感和音乐的情感之间的区别和联系,认为汉斯力克的矛盾之处是混淆了这两种范畴的情感。笔者认为,对两种情感的划分和解释是对汉斯力克形式论理论及情感论美学进行调和的结果,是二十世纪新的理论成果。对于《论音乐的美》的形式论理论要放到十九世纪的社会历史背景中去解读,对于汉斯立克的形式论理论也要历史的批判,不能用两种情感概念的区分来看待汉斯力克的《论音乐的美》中的自相矛盾。
